Well, I married into a clan that was very similar to mine... large and loud! Darin is number four of nine children; five girls and four boys. In this picture right here, we are all dressed in white (kind of a Celestial look- my mother in law, Mellody, started this tradition several years ago) and I'll tell ya, it's really difficult to keep little children all sparkling white for a picture like this! The day we took these pictures was that dreary day in October, yeah, the only day it rained for several months, and it poured! But we managed to take the pictures during the rain breaks. But as you can imagine, it was so wet! Also, let me just get my complaining out right now... I had to take these pictures, that inevitably will be hanging on everyone's walls for the next ten years just a few weeks after having Jake! Terribly unfair, am I right?
Then after doing the white dressed pictures we had to change into more casual wear. What a riot this event was!

hey Allison! I'm sure I would love the pictures if I could see them. Sometimes, I don't know if this happens to you, but some of the pictures don't show up. So I'm sure they look great, I can't wait when I can see them. I miss you and lets set up time when I can come see you and the baby. Love ya best friend!
